Who we are

KreativesAI ("we", "us") builds and operates AI chatbots for ecommerce brands and info product sellers. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at hello@kreativesai.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form on this site: your name, your email address, optionally a store or funnel URL, and the message you write. We do not ask for anything else, and there are no hidden fields.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without building a profile of you or following you across other sites.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to carry out that work. Nothing else. The lawful basis is your consent when you choose to send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.

Who sees it

Your message reaches our inbox. The processors involved are our form handler, which passes the submission to email and does not retain it, our email provider, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records tied to work we have done are kept as long as we are legally required to keep business records, then deleted.

Where it goes

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers publish, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@kreativesai.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Chatbots we build for clients

This policy covers this website only. When we build a chatbot for a client, that client is the controller of conversations on their own site and their own privacy policy applies.
