Will it make things up?

It answers only from the information you give it. When a question falls outside that, it says so and offers to pass the enquiry to you. A confident wrong answer about price or delivery costs more than no answer.

Will it work on my existing website?

Yes. It installs as one line of code, so it works on WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace or a custom build. Nothing needs rebuilding.

What language does it reply in?

Whatever we set it up with. Tell us which languages your customers use and we'll confirm what's workable.

How does pricing work?

A setup fee to build and train it, then a monthly to run it. The AI running costs are included in the monthly, so there's no separate usage bill to watch.

What happens when it can't help?
